Utilization of the Islamic Religious Rules for Controling Human Carnal Desires in the End of Time
Human communities have always been faced with the problem of controling the human carnal desires. Anticipatory hadiths related about the moral characteristics of to be prevailing in the end of time mark it as one of the most strenuous, hence the worst, times for mankind. A number of moral traits have been anticipated to characterize it, inter alia, disrespecting socio-moral differences, intense leaning towards satisfying human carnal desires, and legalizing any possible way for satisfying one's sexual lusts. These characteristics lead to breaching the religious boundaries set by the Islamic religion. Despite these breachings, the Holy Quran and the hadiths map a threefold way on cognitive, intellectual, and behavioral levels. The present descriptive, analytical paper attempts to explore some solutions for the above problems in a future phase of history marked by its general awaiting for the return of the world savior.
