The Feasibility of Implementing Knowledge Management in IntelligenceOrganizations
human resources in organizations are rich sources of experience and knowledge; this knowledge is not re-used in the form of an integrated system of identification, storage, updating, sharing.The present paper investigated the feasibility of implementing knowledge management in intelligence organizations.
This study utilized a descriptive method via an applied research. The statistical population consisted of 252 subjects from among the related experts. It utilized a simple random sampling via Morgan table. Library research was done in order collect data from websites and scientific data bases. Also interviews with experts in the field were used. Data were analyzed by the Friedman test and t-test.
the results showed that in the ranking of infrastructure and requirements for the implementation of knowledge management, goals and strategy of the organization have the first order of importance and corporate culture, technology and organizational structure are in the next ranks.
