The Role of Green Human Capital Development in Innovation in Tehran Municipality
Increasing environmental challenges have inevitably changed the way things are done, challenges such as rapid change, workforce diversification, globalization, the evolution of work and family roles, lack of skills and the emergence of a service sector only on the structure. An organization has not worked, but it has also changed the nature and role of business agency. In response to these environmental challenges, organizations have shifted to two facilitators in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately productivity: “Green Human Capital Development” and “Innovation”. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between these two facilitators. This research is a descriptive-analytic survey and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study (all experts and managers) is district 4 of Tehran municipality. The population of the study was 650 people. Using Cochran formula, 180 people were selected as the sample. The research findings confirm the existence of a significant relationship between green human capital development and innovation. Other sub-hypotheses of the research have also been confirmed
