Taliban, the priority of war or negotiation

Abstract:

After decades of political fights, Taliban as an undeniable reality has found a new opportunity. Negotiations with Americans has brought new politics in Afghanistan. However, the question is that in future developments of Afghanistan, which way Taliban will choose? War or peace strategy. The reality is that Taliban by the negotiations with central government in its short long policy wants to enter to power structure of Kabul and make sure that American troops will withdraw Afghanistan. In the second stage, in its midterm goals wants to control the power and make reforms in constitutional law of Afghanistan. In this stage, Taliban will use its military power. Finally, in long-term strategy Taliban wants to establish Islamic State so called Khelafat Khurasani. Meanwhile, the important note is that reestablishment of Islamic State of Taliban will happen by the support of the US.
