COVID 19: A New Beginning in Virtual Education at the Medical Universities of Iran

Abstract:

COVID 19 viral disease Was created in December 2019 in Wuhan of China and it quickly spread worldwide and it is a serious issue for public sanitation and people health and society. Considering that No specific controls or methods have yet been developed to prevent and treat this disease, One of the way for controlling and preventing the spread of this disease is staying at home, Avoid daily physical interactions and home quarantine. This crisis effect on whole educational system of the world including Iran, leads to closure presence courses for schools and Universities. Many Universities, instead of canceling their curriculum have encouraged masters to provide teaching and assessment though teaching remotely and online learning. University administrators have tried to provide the necessary standards for the implementation of virtual education to Masters and students as soon as possible. Therefore, using virtual education experiences in during of COVID19 in order to promote virtual education in medical sciences is necessary and important.
