Identifying the Components of the Soft Cultural Threat from the View Point of the Holy Qur'an and the Prophetic Character Based on "Sedition and Corruption in Religious Foundations and Religious Programs"

Soft Threat is one of the most effective and efficient methods that enemies use to influence and harm other communities, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran, and includes various areas, the most important of which is the cultural field. The purpose of this research is to investigate and identify the elements of cultural soft threat based on "sedition and corruption in religious foundations and religious programs" from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an and the Prophetic character. The research method is data base (grounded theory) in a qualitative way. Type of research, is applied-development, data collection method, library and expertise, and tools, are scans, interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of the research includes Quranic verses, interpretations with a cultural-educational approach, prophetic books, as well as 36 well-known and holistic scholars. The results of the research indicate that the cultural soft threat based on "sedition and corruption in religious foundations and religious programs" has been used against the Islamic security reference, namely, religion, people and leadership, and its components include "gossiping", "alteration of religious beliefs", " "Apostasy and returning from religion", "conspiracy and secret plans," "sedition and corruption in society," "ignorance bias and blind obedience," "causing suspicious in religious beliefs," "causing terror in society," and " hooliganism and disrupting religious programs.
