Detecting the Effective Factors on Professional Ethics Development
Detecting the effective factors on professional ethics development among the administrational managers, was the aim of this research. This study, according to its nature, is a mixed method research(qualitative & quantitative). First 68 factors that affecting professional ethics was extracted from available reliable sources by the researcher, then these factors were refined by the 18 educational experts on the basis of Delphi technique. In the following a self-made questionnaire with 67 items used to survey about the opinion of high school administration managers in Fars province about the factors too. So among all of the high school managers(760 individuals), 264 persons selected by random single step cluster sampling method from 56 area as sample group. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods have used for data analysis. According to the questions of this research , findings indicate that 4 types of factors that affecting the development of professional ethics are: individual factors(with 13 factor), organizational factors(with 10 factor), environmental factors(with 5 factor) and context factors(with 5 factor). Furthermore, the results showed that organizational factors are more important than other factors.
