An investigation of the Relationship between contrastive styles and second high school student's academic achievement in Tehran.
Thepresent artiche has been taken from a research purpose that its goal was analysis of Relationship between contrastive styles and second high school student's academic achievement in Tehran. Researcherhas done it with arising the question of is there any Relationship between contrastive styles and student's academic achievement. The statistical population involved all male and female second high school students of Tehran and 382 students were chosen by clustral random sampling based on Morgan estimated sample Table. The present study was descriptive and correlational one. In order to collect the data standardized questionnaire in contrastive styles was used. Collected data with the aid at spss statistical software with descriptive and inference statistics were analyzed. The research results obtained with Pierson correlation and linear regression indicated that there is a significant vise Relationship between contrastive styles and student's academic achievement, so there is a significant Relationship between contrastive Problem-orientedstyle and contrastive Emotion-focused style with academic achievement,too.
