Development and validation of Staffs' Professional Ethics Inventory

The current research aimed to develop and validate Staffs' Professional Ethics questionnaire. The research population included a number of offices in the city of Saghez which were randomly chosen. Since it is better to have more samples in constructing and standardizing tools, we selected the number of 458 people as the research sample. The research tool was a researcher made inventory on staffs' professional ethics. Statistical methods applied in this research consisted of a K-S Test for estimating the assumption of data normalcy, KMO Test as well as exploratory factorial analysis. Findings suggested that in order to specify professional ethics components, from among items selected, three components under the heading of cultural, duty-based and equality components were obtained, and none of the inventory's items were deleted.
