The Recognition of Factors Affecting Class Management
The aim of the present research was to recognize the factors affecting class management in order to present an appropriate model. The design of the study was descriptive. The population contained all teachers and head masters of the elementary schools in Khoy City of whom 290 female teachers, 260 male teachers, 97 male principals, and 118 female principals were randomly selected as the research sample. The research tools were two questionnaires. The first one was used to investigate the rules and methods of the class management. .It was based on Lavashi method. Its CVR content index was 0.78. The reliability of the tool was confirmed by factor analysis. The second questionnaire CVR, was also confirmed and the related index of reliability appeared to be 0.89. The results showed that the teachers’ experience had great influence on supervising the class. Their level of education had a direct control on the routine of the class surveillance. In the presented model according to the specialists between the average experience mark of all model parts there was a significant difference. In other words, the average experience of all research subjects was more influential than surveillance factor. So, the proposed model, according to the specialists, got the accepted number of (4/666 from 5).
