Critical Analysis of Hadiths of the Spiritual Dowry of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (pbuh)
Traditions from the Shiites have considered "spiritual dowry" for Hazrat Fatima (PBUH) in spite of the expression of a common and material dowry, which indicates a kind of gift from God. Part of the world and part of the waters of the seas and rivers are among these spiritual truths. The authenticity of the narrations and the collection of evidences show that this gift is acceptable as it is customary for a couple and is considered common. However, it is disputed that the provisions of this dowry have been given to them by God, so the justification of these hadiths for "spiritual dowry" is not clear. The results of the present study indicate that these hadiths with the mentioned content in books such as Kafi Sheikh Kolaini and Al-Hedaya Al-Kubra of Khasibi as index books in quoting these hadiths, while requesting a position for the position of Hazrat Fatima (PBUH) and the existing weakness due to existence. Exaggerated narrators, as well as established conflicts or contradictions, do not seem to be jurisprudentially correct. At the same time, its origins can be traced back to Israelis in Sunni sources quoting Ka'b al-Ahbar and other like-minded people who have doubled the virtues of some rivers and seas. With an analytical-critical approach, this article tries to critique the document and all its methods in Shiite sources and tries to analyze and evaluate them by exploring other sources and finding the frequency and types of hadith and history
