The rapid growth of the urban population and the recent influx of migrant populationsinto large cities and the need to meet the needs of urban populations, as well as theprovision of urban services, makes it increasingly necessary to utilize all the existing capacities of the city. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve a sustainable growth in thecity instead of developing the city's horizontally, by filling the existing texture of thecity. Therefore,in this research, the objective is to assess the economic, social, access,environmental and physical aspects of the housing situation in Shahin Shahr City onthe amount of land abandoned and abandoned, and the development of urban intermediate growth. This research, in terms of purpose, applied and in terms of themethod is descriptive-analytical. At first, the indicators and dimensions of the topicwere prepared in most of the questionnaires and then tested in SPSS environment.Subsequently, using SWOT technique, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities andthreats were identified and presented with appropriate strategies. The results of SWATtechnique showed that the dominant strategy in the research was defensive type with afactor of 8.03. Subsequently, the five areas of Shahin Shahr City were ranked using theSAW technique, with Ferdosi with a score of 0.23 and Goldis with a score of 12.0.Then the results of this technique were shown using the Arc GIS software
