Explaining the Risk Estimation Pattern of Managers Tasks Based on APMBOK Risk Management Cycle: A Case Study of Student Sports Managers of Payame Noor University
The aim of this study was to explain the pattern of risk assessment in managers' tasks based on the APMBOK risk management cycle. The present study is a survey in terms of its practical purpose and method of collection. Its statistical population includes the managers of physical education of Payame Noor University, the statistical sample of which is 31 people based on your method. To identify the factors influencing the risk management of the questionnaire, 33 questions were designed, the validity of which was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (0/97). The statistical methods used in this study are t-test of single sample, Friedman ranking and structural equation modeling (PLS). The results showed that from the community's point of view, structural, leisure and extra-curricular risks, championship sports, sports equipment, medical and therapeutic equipment are considered as key factors in success in risk management and security and legal factors are not affected. According to the statistical test of Kai Square (52/155) and the level of significance (0/000), the correct management of leisure and extracurricular activities, as the most important factor, is a higher priority in estimating effective risks. Therefore, the model developed in this study can be effective in maintaining the financial, human and organizational resources of academic sports and reducing the legal consequences of risk management implementation.
