Norming and investigating psychometric properties of autonomy scale using polychromous item response theory models
The aim of the current study is normaliza-tion and survey on the psychometric characteristics of the Iowa developing autono-my inventory, based on the measurement models of the classic measurement theory, and answer question theory in governmen-tal universities of Tehran city. Above mentioned tool conducted on the one thousand students of bachelor, master, and PhD courses, that they have selected using multistage cluster sampling method. For data analysis, Cronbach's alpha, theta reliability coefficient, omega reliability co-efficient, confirmatory factor analysis, per-centage rank, Z and T points, were used. In this research, three software, SPSS, Amos, Multilog, were applied. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha has reported 0.99. For comparison of mutual dependence 0.94, emotional independence of parents 0.95, time management 0.96, financial manage-ment 0.96, emotional independence of peers 0.96, and displacement 0.95, were reported connection with confirmatory factor analysis, RMSEAO/078 rate and Local reliability, based on answer question theory, were obtained, 0.96. Therefore, normalization and survey on the psychometric characteristics of answer question theory is desirable.
