Psychometric Properties of Confidence Scale in Marital RelationshipsAnd its relation to the scale of love story
The purpose of this study is to investigate the psychometric properties of the trust questionnaire in marital relations and its application in the marriage consistency based on the story of love. Since the marriage's consistency causes couples peace and decreases the aggressive behaviors and, thus, strengthening social security. The statistical population included all couples in Tehran in 2017. The sample consisted of 300 people selected by multistage cluster sampling. The research tool is the Relapse and Holmes Trust Scales (1986) and Sternberg's Story of Love. The statistical method was Cronbach's alpha, to validate the validity of the confirmatory factor analysis method, the standard test was T and Z, and Pearson correlation was used to examine the relationship.Using these two scales in pre-marital counseling can be a prelude to less offensive behaviors and even social security in the future. The findings showed that the validity of the test was in general with 18 items (0.881) and for predictive subscales (0.822), trust (0.846), loyalty (0.838), and the manner of dealing (0.694) was estimated. The validity of the construct with KMO = 0.614 and the extraction of 4 factors, predictability (6 items), trust (5 items), loyalty (4 items) and the manner of collision (3 matter) with varimax rotation revealed that the variance is 70.353%. It was also found that there is a "relationship" between the story of love (men and women), especially in the two sub-scales of warfare and panic (role) and trust in interpersonal (marital) relationships.
