Identify and review the current state of climate change and its challenges in ecological resilience
Population growth, urban sprawl, industrial activity and other human activities have led to climate change, with rising temperatures, the formation of urban heat islands, exacerbating weather events, and more. In order to solve this challenge, in recent years, solutions to deal with these changes in the form of reduction and adaptation strategies have been on the agenda of many countries. In this regard, the research seeks to identify the current situation of climate change and the resulting challenges, and the criteria and indicators in this issue by qualitative analysis through to achieve a path and map Identify a strategy and identify the components and challenges of climate change and then analyze the existing drivers and scenarios in a futuristic way through the Delphi method. The results of the article show the most important challenge from climate change is the intensification of floods, and the environmental dimension, i.e. green and open spaces, as well as the protection of rivers in and around the city, is more important than other dimensions in achieving climate resilience. Therefore, the application of these factors and the measurement of its success, can provide the necessary grounds for action in other cities of the urban complex.
