In other words, this article seeks to examine the impact of the presence of Iranians as students in foreign countries with a security approach. To put it differently, to what extent is this presence effective in religious tendencies, espionage, participation and activity in anti-Iranian circles, non-return to the homeland and acceptance of dual or dual citizenship and change of individual identity of student members abroad?

The validity of the questionnaire was obtained through logical validity and reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.811.
Descriptive data have shown that the average score of foreign culture in students sent abroad (3.53) is higher than students in the country (3.07). Mancova's single-variable covariance analysis test was also used to assess the effect of foreign culture on students.
The results of the univariate analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between groups of students abroad and inside in terms of the influence of foreign culture (P = 5.92 and P = 0.001). And it shows that foreign culture has been influential.
