Urban Creativity, Innovation in Creative City Planning Based on the Bohemian-Mosaic Model (Case Study: Ten Zones of Tabriz)
Historically, creativity has always been a driving force in cities, and cities have survived in terms of creativity. In other words, cities have always needed creativity to survive. In places where races and cultures are mixed and there is an interaction between new ideas, new foundations and urban creativity has been more emphasized. But there are special reasons to think about the problems of today's cities. Continuation of urban life according to the existential principle of creativity or urban decline in the absence of creativity; that is the question. This study is modeled and based on the measurement of Bohemian-Mosaic indicators and calculated evaluation of the talent index, creativity level and diversity of Tabriz city according to regression method. The Talent Index evaluates the region's level of having innovative and the Bohemian Index assesses the region's level of creativity; The mosaic index also measures the openness of society to attract creative people. The purpose of this study is to identify the spatial-physical capabilities of Tabriz to achieve a creative city. The results show that historical region no.8 of Tabriz, in terms of Bohemian-Mosaic indicators with 26.02 in the talent index and 7.9 in the creativity index (bohemian) and 3.88 in the diversity (mosaic) is in a better position than other regions. Region no.1 with 17.14 in talent and 1.64 in creativity and 4.46 in diversity and region no.2 with 27.54 in talent and 1.26 in creativity and 5.81 in diversity index have more meaningful conformity in the Bohemian-Mosaic model.
