The Study of the Effect of Vocational Training on Preventing Rural Migration to Urban Areas: Case Study of Kerman Province.
Rural communities as a big part of the social system have valuable resources including human, natural, and economic resources which play an important role in the progress of the society. Due to the population growth and the increasing rate of unemployment and the willingness of villagers to migrate to cities in order to find jobs, the need to train skilled manpower and attention to skills trainings in various fields of industry and agriculture is essential. The present research has been done with the aim of studying the effect of vocational training on preventing rural migration to urban areas. The results shows that there is a meaningful relationship between launching technical and vocational trainings in rural villages and migration reduction in rural areas.
