Abstract:

Examining the professional qualifications of teachers as one of the pillars of education is a requirement in the educational system of the country. In this study, due to the multiplicity of data related to the qualifications of the teaching profession in the timeline of the fifth and sixth programs, valid articles of this period (from 1390 to 1398) to address the attitudes of researchers and those involved in planning the educational system, Futurism and exploration of important elements of this path were discussed. Content Analysis Research summarizing data in three elements: psychological and emotional, self-development, ethics in education and research of the most important future topics of professional competencies of teachers were described in this article.
