Structure and legal status of the National Center of cyberspace
After the formation of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace in accordance with the decree of the Supreme Leader, the governing entity was formed at its subfolders. This organization is responsible for the secretariat functions and to track and monitor the implementation of decisions of the Supreme Council of cyberspace and to provide recommendations to the council. This organization that known as the "National Center of Cyberspace”, is based on a Code that was approved by the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and has its own organs and subsidiary bodies. Due to its special legal status and because it is one of the institutions under the supervision of the Supreme Leader, the National Center for Cyberspace has special administrative and financial regulations, so that it doesn’t follow the general administrative and financial laws. Given the uniqueness of this organization, it is necessary to examine its position and structure and status of its decisions; therefore, this article focuses on explaining these issues by referring to the relevant documents.
