Effective Factors in Determination of Operational Manual of the IRI's Ground Forces in Symmetric and Asymmetric Wars

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effective factors in the principle of operational manual of the IRI's ground forces in symmetric and asymmetric wars. This research is significant as the realization of effective factors in the principles of the manual plays a key part in developing it. This research is an applied case-study the population of which is made up of high-ranking experts of the ground forces who have been selected in an objective manner. Doing so, it gathers data on desk and develops the factors by content analysis and meeting with pundits; hence, it refers to the sample and analyses the answers related to the impact of factors on the principles of the manual and finally defines 34 effective factors for the operational manual of symmetric war and 35 ones for the operational manual of asymmetric war in respect of the IRI's ground forces.
