The role of cognitive, spiritual, emotional wisdom and androgenic personality in marital health-vulnerability of married women
Wisdom is extremely important in the eyes of all religions, including Islam, and can, as an important divine element of man, affect all aspects of his worldly and hereafter life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of cognitive, spiritual, emotional and androgenic personality in the marital health of married women.
The method of research is basic – correlation that 462 married females in Urmia was selected by available sampling. Health Scale - Khademi and Zafar Gholizadeh's Marital Vulnerability, Ardlet's Wisdom Scale and Bam's Gender Role Questionnaire were used to measure variables. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation statistical test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software.
The results showed that the components of cognitive, spiritual, emotional and masculinity of personality have a significant relationship in women's marital health. Also, predictive variables in combination predict 21.8 % of marital health changes, and the components of emotional and cognitive wisdom and masculinity of personality have the most significant share in predicting health, respectively.
Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the wisdom and androgenic components of personality affect women's marital health. Therefore, in order to increase women's marital health, it is necessary to consider the components of their wisdom and gender roles in various ways, including education, which can significantly improve marital health.
