From the idea of a comprehensive law to the model of a regulatory system

The present study attempts to examine the evolution of the legal concept of media to answer this important question in the field of media law. The Press Law  and its downstream regulations have been able to update the legal system in line with the rapid developments in ICT and the comprehensive media law in Iran, the adequacy of this research.
