Range and footpaths are known as memorable and identity elements in today's cities. Formerly, cities found their urban identity in high-rise buildings, domes, and monasteries. But today they know themselves with their street streets. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the components of pedestrianisation in terms of urban regeneration. This paper is descriptive-analytic and purposeful in terms of its purpose. The results of the Topsis model have been used to analyze the findings.
