The Study Impact Charismatic Leadership on Work Engagement with Role Fun at Work of the Mediator
This study aimed to investigate the impact charismatic Leadership onwork engagement with role fun at work of the mediator. This research any sortstudy is descriptive correlational study sample is included all teachers tow medium year 1397 Kermanshah city has established a number of 2845 people. The statistical sample of 338 people is the sample using the method stratified proportional size selected. For data collection questionnaires charismatic Leadership Bass and Avolio (1994), work engagement Schaufeli, Gonzalez-Roma, Salanova&Bakker (2002) and fun at work Mcdowell (2005) was used. For the analysis of structural equation modeling using statistical software was used at Partial least squres.The results show that charismatic Leadership directly (β= 0.585) is impacton work engagement,charismatic Leadership directly (β= 0.845) is impacton fun at work, fun at work directly (β=0.310))is impacton work engagement. And the effect of charismatic leadership on work engagement with the mediating role of fun at work was directly explained (β = 0.585) and indirectly (β = 0.260).
