The Role of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Maintenance and Repair Unit of the Armed Forces (Case Study: Hamadan Police Command)
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Maintenance and Repair Unit of Armed Forces for sustainable development and productivity. The statistical population of this study is 33 employees working in the deputy of Hamedan Police Command (HPC) which were selected as a statistical sample by cluster sampling method. Based on the time of data collection, this research is methodologically a descriptive correlational study. This study was a cross-sectional research. Kolmogorov-Smrynov (K-S) test was used for data normality. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20. And by compiling the questionnaire tool, it was implemented. The results indicate that there is a relationship between the role of HSE among the Armed Forces. Regarding the relationship between HSE in Maintenance and Repair Unit of Armed Forces, it should establish and maintain codified occupational health and safety goals at every relevant department and level within itself, and when setting and reviewing its goals, legal and other requirements, it must consider the health-safety hazards (harmful factors) and risks, technological options, its financial, operational and commercial requirements, as well as stakeholder views.
