Supply chain management includes internal and external procedures, in which internal procedures are within the framework of a company and external procedures include inter-organizational balances of the company with its suppliers and customers. This trend has caused the focus of management to change only to the internal procedures of the company. In this article, the quality and flexibility of the production chain can be considered as the ability of a production chain that helps to achieve competitive advantage and achieve success. To increase the flexibility and quality of a production chain, it is recommended to design and use reliable production chain networks. By creating production chain networks, designing and managing a large part of a complete production chain will be possible. . Within production chain networks, potential factors of flexibility can be expanded to achieve high flexibility of the production chain. This article uses hierarchical analysis (AHP) method to analyze the data and ANP method is used to rank and prioritize all indicators.
