Abstract:

Often marginalized are those living in cities, but because they know that things have not been able to absorb the economic, social, and as a citizen of our city and municipal services benefit. Although the margins of the tissue component of the city know that cities have in common with non-fertile, but the margins are often a culture of crime continues to rise and become problematic. According to sociologists, poverty and poor areas where regional culture and its main characteristic is a crime born of this culture that not only people of this region is considered a threat to social security, social security, but also threatens urban residents.
