Identifying the factors and indicators for evaluating the performance of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the country
The present study is a development-applied research in terms of purpose because it intends to "identify the factors evaluating the performance of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the country" and thus help the designers of the organization to adopt the optimal form of the organization. In the present study, based on the objectives and hypotheses of the research, tools such as questionnaires and interviews were used. This study uses the opinion of experts to examine the factors and indicators of performance evaluation in this organization. The results show that the first factor affecting performance appraisal in technical and professional organizations is empowerment. The second factor influencing performance appraisal in a technical and professional organization is process modification. The third factor influencing performance appraisal in a technical and professional organization is productivity. The fourth factor influencing performance appraisal in technical and professional organizations is education. The fifth factor influencing performance appraisal in technical and professional organizations is knowledge transfer. The sixth factor influencing performance appraisal in technical and professional organizations is financial management. And these factors can be effective in improving the performance of the organization and optimizing resources.
