Draftees’ Skills in Prevention from Unemployment and National Security Reinnforcement
Provision of independence, territorial integrity, and establishment of security and peace in society is one of the main functions of any polity for which military and police are organized. To that end, the draftees are organizedly trained to reinforce the national security in many countries. In the same vein, the current paper studies the skills of draftees to reinforce the national security and impede unemployment.
the present study has been conducted upon descriptive-analytic method and on desk.
Skill-learning and accountablity of draftees impedes unemployment during the military service as a deterrent mechanism that, if well provided by executive bedrocks in tandem with international standards, while reinforcing the national security, it provides for skill-based employment in the post-service period.
Draftees’ skill-learning while impedes unemployment of the youth, reinforces the national security and their accountability in the society. In the same vein, this paper studies contradictions in the regulation on labor and the national military service and provides for the new legal requirements for development of skill-learning of draftees.
