Moral Governance based on the Typology of Military Class from Nahj al-Balaghah Perspective
Imam Ali in his letter 53 of Nahj al-Balaghah explains the nature of his rule which is based on prophetic ethics. He explains the types of social classes such as the army of God, public and private writers, judges of justice, agents of justice and social order, tax collectors, taxpayers, merchants and businessmen, owners of craftsmen and craftsmen and the lower class of society, i.e. the needy and The poor refer to their functions in the social system and how they are governed. In this study, this important issue is described as the "theory of moral governance". Our aim in this article is to understand the nature of moral governance in accordance with the military class from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah.
This research has been done qualitatively using thematic analysis strategy. The data were extracted from the text of Nahj al-Balagheh book and the text-based deepening method was used to validate the discovered themes.
The most important achievement of this research is the presentation of a new and innovative theory entitled "Moral governance in the military field" which is based on the three comprehensive themes of "beliefs, governance structure and ethics". This finding was obtained from 220 open source codes, 129 descriptive codes and 18 interpretive codes.
The core of the theory of Alavi rule is the role of ethics in the governance of society. The process that begins with the knowledge of existence and man and then by explaining the functions of different groups and sections of society, expresses the original divine teachings in the form of governing ethics; through their practice, the social classes find an efficient organization and play a constructive role in the well-being of society. These ethical propositions also seek to direct and validate work structures and processes that ensure the public good
