Abstract:
Aim

Purpose of the current study was to investigate the role of career adaptability as a mediator between personality and core self-evaluation with the university to work transition.

Method

It was a correlational study which was analyzed by using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23 statistical package. The statistical population of the study included all Isfahan university bachelor students who were in the third or fourth year of their education. This investigate was conducted using a sample of 401 students of whole 2683 population, through stratified sampling (due to gender and population of each faculty), who completed university to work transition scale (Sadeghi, 2018), career adaptability scale (Savickas and Profeili, 2012), core Self- evaluation scale and big five personality traits (NEO-FFI) by (Mc-Crae and Costa, 2004) questionnaire.
