Abstract:

The purpose of the present research was to study the prediction of compulsory and voluntary organizational Citizenship behaviors throgh perceived job insecurity and perceived job stress among employees of a food factory in Isfahan.The research population consisted all employees of the mentioned factory, among which 163 were selected through convenience sampling method. The research instruments consisted of perceived job insecurity (Frances and Barling, 2005), perceived job stress (Babakas, Yavas and Achille, 2009), organizational citizenship Behaviors (Lee and Allen, 2002) and compulsory organizational–citizenship behaviors) Vigoda- Gadot, 2007).
