By analyzing and integrating the main components, 6 main components were identified and by analyzing the main components, 35 sub-components were extracted. What is a job appointment, Factors affecting a job appointment, Right job appointment strategies, Pathology of the law regarding job appointment, Consequences of a good job appointment, Consequences of a wrong job appointment were selected as the main topics?Among the 35 axes obtained from the analysis of the interviewees' responses to identify the dimensions and components of faculty recruitment in higher education, political situation, cultural conditions of society, lack of dynamics of recruitment and appointment law and incompatibility of job with talent and ability are the most important components.
