Evaluating the effectiveness of standardization and excellence courses for the behavior of South Khorasan police command staff and providing practical solutions
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of standardization and excellence courses for the staff of the Disciplinary Command of South Khorasan Province and to present practical solutions.. The statistical population of this study includes all line staff and staff participating in standardization and excellence courses of the South Khorasan Police Command. The sample size was determined using Morgan table of 130 people and the sampling method was random. It has been simple. In order to determine the effectiveness of standardization and excellence courses in this research, Kirk Patrick model is used. Also, to measure the effectiveness of training courses in the first and second levels of the Kirkpatrick model, descriptive methods were used and to evaluate the effectiveness of the third and fourth levels, post-event research was used. According to managers and commanders, the average of variables of communication, technical-executive and perceptual ability before and after the implementation of standardization and excellence courses is more than the average (with an average of 4 out of 5). The results of inferential analysis of the research hypotheses showed that the capabilities of their communication, technical-executive and perceptual skills in the workplace, after participating in standardization and excellence courses with respect to the value of Sig (000%) has increased. Also, the managers and law enforcement commanders of South Khorasan Province evaluate the quality of the planning process of standardization and excellence courses in this command as relatively desirable.
