Study of lived experience of the supervisor of internship course in the Farhangian University
Abstract Farhangian University internship curriculum has been implemented since 2016 in the form of a "training course" for the contract employment test of the Ministry of Education. This program seeks to provide the opportunity to experience the application of theoretical knowledge in a practical situation to become a teacher. The purpose of this study is to gain the experience of an "internship supervisor". For this purpose, in the form of a qualitative approach, the method of descriptive phenomenology was used. The study sample was selected from the internship professors of Farhangian University of Qom by Intensity sampling method and the necessary information was obtained through interviews . Based on the analysis of the opinions of this group, it can be said that the logic of the internship program is considered acceptable by this group, the goals of the program are appropriate and they believe that the projected method of this program is effective. And a good plan has been prepared to evaluate the effects of the program and the trainees' learning. However, they reported that the internship program had shortcomings that were primarily related to implementation. According to them, the implementation of the internship program faces problems such as the lack of training of the program's executives, including the tutor, group managers and related experts. To address these shortcomings, they have come up with corrective ideas, with education at the forefront.
