Designing a conceptual model of ecotourism entrepreneurship development with social welfare approach by grounded theory

The purpose of this study is to present a model of ecotourism entrepreneurship development with a social welfare approach to tourism target villages. This research has been done in terms of fundamental purpose, in terms of exploratory nature and in terms of qualitative data collection method and based on grounded theory method. Using theoretical foundations, research background and semi-structured interviews, content analysis was performed using content analysis method. The participating team consists of university experts who were selected by purposive sampling method using snowball method. The data collection process continued until the researcher reached the theoretical saturation limit in the fifteenth interview and then using the grounded theory method to encode the extracted concepts in three main steps of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Finally, by extracting, combining and combining the concepts and categorizing them into larger categories, the paradigmatic model of the research was presented. The paradigm model showed that individual factors, marketing factors, economic factors, cultural factors, environmental factors and supportive factors for the development of ecotourism entrepreneurship with the approach of social welfare of tourism target villages are the causal conditions. Institutional factors, social factors and general factors as background conditions; financial variables and management system are among the interventionist conditions and planning strategy, economic strategy and environmental opportunities are the strategies of entrepreneurship development of ecotourism with the social welfare approach of the villages targeted for tourism. Underlying conditions, intervening conditions, and strategies will have positive consequences, including economic function, social function, structural function, cultural function, and negative consequences.
