Presentation Of Sustainable Supply Chain Productivity Model In Automotive Industry
Given the growing awareness of sustainability worldwide, organizations cannot ignore sustainability concerns in business. To increase business performance and competitive advantage, selecting sustainable suppliers is an important decision in the supply chain. The purpose of this research is to identify sustainable supply chain efficiency indicators based on social, economic, environmental and governance domains in the automotive industry. Initially, by reviewing the theoretical literature of the study, the four mentioned dimensions selected as the main dimensions and 44 indicators. Non-renewable energies in environmental dimension with score of 0.84, amount of trained staff in social dimension with score of 0.80, financial performance and market share and quality and product safety in economic dimension with score of 0.77 and interaction with Stakeholders and creating value for shareholders and stakeholders in governance with a score of 0.77. Now, by taking into account these indicators, managers can improve supply chain effectiveness and efficiency by targeting and formulating strategies and ultimately increasing the efficiency of the sustainable supply chain.
