The role of social commerce in e-commerce Using the fuzzy demitel technique
Social commerce is one of the newest branches of e-commerce, which has increased the capabilities and interactions of customers and other stakeholders in the Internet space by using social structures and media. The popularity of social commerce structures is one of the most important reasons for progress in the field of e-commerce. Despite scattered research on this subject, comprehensive research has not yet been conducted on the various roles that these structures play in e-commerce.The purpose of this review is to investigate the important roles of e-commerce structures in social commerce. The research method in this study is a review. Library method has been used to collect data. In this article, we first describe the research conducted in the field of social business and then try to review the existing literature in this field comprehensively and systematically, and then express the role of social business. A review of the literature shows that in current social trade research, three issues of organization, advertising and word of mouth and advertising have been considered by researchers and trust, commitment, facilitation of social interactions and social support have been identified as the most important roles of social business.
