Analysis Of Barriers To The Implementation Of The Reconstruction System In The Iranian Auto Parts Industry Using the fuzzy demitel technique
Reconstruction is a promising strategy to reduce the problems of air pollution in metropolitan areas, sustainable development in the automotive industry, job creation, solving the complexities of accepting product warranties and producing low quality cars for the lower income groups. The purpose of this article, while explaining the concept of reconstruction system, is to discover the obstacles to the implementation of this type of systems and measure the relationships between them in the automotive parts industry in Iran using the fuzzy demitel technique. The statistical population includes three companies producing light and heavy vehicle engines . To do this, first a conceptual model with 17 indicators was collected using eight expert opinions and a review of theoretical literature. These factors were then identified using the fuzzy network analysis process technique and nine of them were identified as the most important factors. To determine how the indicators affect each other and its amount, questionnaires were sent to 6 experts working in this industry after design. The results of this study showed: the index of lack of managerial support and the need for high investment are the main obstacles to the implementation of reconstruction, respectively, and also the negative opinion of customers about the reconstructed products, considering that it is a causal factor, among all causal factors.
