Challenges and Solutions of Intellectual Property Rights in Digital Libraries

In this research, in an attempt to define and clarify the concept of digital libraries, the issues and challenges of intellectual property rights in the development and use of information resources in digital libraries are examined and solutions provided.This is a library research, and a descriptive-analytical method has been used to study, discussion and conclude. The information needed in the research area is derived from literature sources, which has been used more than the articles in the global Internet network due to the lack of published books in this field.digitizing documents and information resources, developing and using databases, readers' rights to use information resources in digital libraries, inter-library loan using digital, and exploiting literary and artistic works of Orphan works due to Exposing violations of intellectual property rights, especially the intellectual and artistic rights of creators of the work, is creating legal challenges that require legal action to resolve them.Actions such as legal protections, technical protection, intellectual property information management system, promotion of awareness of intellectual property protection, accelerating the creation of professional talent in libraries, etc., can resolve the challenges and And achieved effective protection and support of intellectual property rights in digital libraries.
