Designing and explaining a good governance model for all public libraries in the country

The purpose of this study was to design and explain a good governance model for the general public libraries departments of the country using a integrated approach. The results of Delphi technique based on confirmatory factor analysis as a good governance model consisted of two dimensions, 9 components and 28 indicators: Political Dimension (Including 5 Components and 14 Indicators): Accountability and Transparency Component (Including 3 Indicators), Social Justice Component (Including 3 Indicators), Ethical Law Component Component (Including 4 Indicators), Participatory Component (Including 2 Indicators) and Corruption Component (Including 2 Indicators). Includes 2 indicators). Managerial Dimension (4 components and 14 indicators): Interactive justice component (including 4 indicators), Efficiency and empowerment component (including 5 indicators), Creative development component (including 2 indicators) and Professional Virtual Networks component (including 3 indicators). According to experts, Creative rules was as the top priority and social justice was as the least priority component of the political dimension. Also, creative development was as the top priority and professional virtual networks was as the least priority component of good governance in public libraries in the country. This is an applied-developmental research that identifies basic indicators by analyzing documents and interviews
