Presenting the ethical decision-making model of managers of Iranian government organizations
This study was conducted to present the moral decision-making model of managers of Iranian government organizations. Part of the doctoral dissertation is a researcher and limited to Iranian public universities. After reviewing and analyzing new and related articles as well as studying the theories of various thinkers in the field of moral decision making and social justice, the basic conceptual model (Figure 1) was extracted from the research background. He then interviewed subject matter experts for confirmation and correction. The validity of the indicators has been confirmed by experts and can be said to be approved by the entire community of experts with 95% confidence. Using a sample t-test, the confidence level in this test was determined to be 95%. The results indicate the high reliability of Questionnaire 1 and the relative reliability of Questionnaire 2. Calculation of the weight of the indicators showed that religious materials had the lowest weight and individual backgrounds had the highest weight among the indicators. As a result, the final modified model (Figure 2) was presented. The results of this research can be a guide for setting the benchmark for ethical decisions in organizations. The expansion of moral decisions will lead to the establishment of social justice in the perspective of Iran 1404.
