The Trilogy Infrastructure Model, Performance Macro Strategy in the Modern Organizational Concept of State-Small

The purpose of this research is to investigate and explain the trilogic infrastructure relationships with organizational performance in service-rich and knowledge organization of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) as a state-small organizational model. The method of research is descriptive, correlation, field and survey and in the general classification is a quantitative and developmental research. Based on the sampling criteria in the confirmatory factor analysis and structural models that are tested by partial least squares (PLS), 260 subjects are assigned to collect data. The data collection tools were two standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed by related tests. Separation of the second questionnaire is due to the extension dimension to the basic model and indicative of the developmental model of the research. The results of the research show that there are significant impacts between existing arguments (KM strategies, HOS, HRM, and OP) and the necessity of designing and implementing the organizational mechanism resulting from the present integrated model is the prescriptive result of these results Which can be used as a source of study and action in organizations with a tendency to provide comprehensive services (state-small) to achieve excellence.
