Designing a Surrogate Model for Human Resource Managers in the Framework of Islamic Value System
Succession parvary is a strategy for prospective organizations in the face of events such as retirement, resignation, displacement to prevent inappropriate people from entering key positions when former managers leave the organization. In the last two decades, one of the most fundamental challenges in the advancement of organizations is identifying, nurturing and using qualified managers. The purpose of this paper is to design an interpretive structural model of succession parvaring of human resource managers according to the Islamic value system approach. For this purpose, first, by carefully reviewing the theoretical foundations and research background, the dimensions and components of succession planning were identified and then according to 10 professors in the field and university, the native model of succession management of human resource managers was designed. Then, using experts' opinions and couple comparison matrices and ISM method, the dimensions of the native model of succession parvary have been categorized. Finally, the status of each variable was determined by Mick Mac analysis method. The results of this study can provide a comprehensive view to organizational human resources managers in further understanding islamic and Iranian components in the succession management system.
