Abstract:

Law is the key to the achievements of mankind, especially if it is of the best type; the book of faith, the Qur'an. lrnarn Khorneini era) believes that adherence to the Divine Law results in the completion and supremacy of Muslims and that disobedience to create obstacles to the purification of mankind has resulted in the Shism and failure of Muslims. This article clarifies Imarn Khomeini's (ra) point of view on the position of law and the importance or adherence to it. Relevant Qur'anic bases are presented in support of this.
