The Political Implications of Surah Muhammad (PBUH) Based on Structural Exegesis and Thematic Analysis

The purpose of the present study is to explain the political implications of Surah Muhammad (PBUH). Delving into the style of Surah Muhammad (PBUH) by thematic analysis and also focusing on the first and the last verses in this Surah, its name and Medinan classification, it was revealed that the ultimate theme refers to Jihad and some other related issues. The necessity to gain power for Jihad, the need to acquire knowledge for increasing the quality of Jihad, and also knowing the dignity of Jihad are among the organizing themes in this Surah.
