Providing solutions for internalizing the Pasdari’s culture in the members of the IRGC based on thematic analysis
The Pasdari’s culture is the source of building the internal identity of the IRGC. The arrival of new forces, cultural changes and the mission requirements of the IRGC have changed this identity. The internalzation of the culture of protection can lead to the deepening of the values and beliefs raised in the Pasdari’s culture. This study seeks to provide basic strategies for internalizing the Pasdari’s culture in the Revolutionary Guards. The present study is a qualitative study and uses the method of content analysis with the help of MAXQDA software to answer the main question, so that the identified codes with single words, describe and after their interpretation, clustering and finally under a comprehensive theme. Were placed. Based on this, 102 descriptive codes and 36 interpretive codes were counted in the form of 3 comprehensive themes. The statistical population is a combination of university professors and commanders, managers and experts of the executive and scientific scene who have been selected in a targeted manner. 11 Interviews provided the saturation condition. The results of this study indicate that in order to internalize the Pasdari’s culture, it is necessary to create the Pasdari’s culture in vision, tendency and action (will and behavior) in proportion to the three main internal dimensions of human beings and thus internalize it within the Revolutionary Guards.
