Investigating the effect of transformational leadership style on the development of entrepreneurial activities
The present study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership style on the development of entrepreneurial activities. The statistical population of the study includes 150 managers of knowledge-based companies approved by the Vice President for Science and Technology. Based on simple random sampling method and Cochran's formula, 108 people were selected as the sample size. Data analysis was performed using PLS software. The validity of the research instrument has been confirmed using convergent validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficients and combined reliability. The results indicate the effect of transformational leadership style and its dimensions such as ideal influence, inspirational motivation, mental motivation and individual considerations on the development of entrepreneurial activities of knowledge-based companies.
